AANT-Accademia delle Arti e Nuove Tecnologie, is offering a new FREE service to their off-site students:
AANT Housing, a service offered by a partner real estate company.
AANT Housing locates and selects suitable housing solutions available for rent or lease to be allocated to students who need to rent a bedroom, a shared bedroom, etc. in Rome.
They suggest private accommodations which have been previously viewed and screened, and can be rented with transparent lease conditions.

The staff of AANT Housing is available for inquiries every day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 at the front desk in Via Marianna Dionigi, n. 57, on the 2nd floor.
Students are also guaranteed assistance from AANT Housing from the time they start looking for housing until the lease is signed, as well as continued support throughout the entire period of the lease.

For students:
Choose the accommodation you like the most.
Choose, among the available options, those that interest you the most. You can visit them by arranging an appointment with the Accommodation Services staff.
Visiting the accommodation and signing the contract.
When visiting any apartment and when signing the lease with the owner on of our staff members will always accompany you.
This service is completely free for you!
