INGOING

To support incoming students and staff, AANT deploys several initiatives.
– Orientation week for students.
For incoming students, AANT organizes an orientation week before the beginning of each semester, in October and February. Participation in the orientation week is part of the process of integrating students into the AANT community.

– Language support through the partnership with Clidante – Centro Linguistico Italiano Dante Alighieri
– Health insurance
EU students are entitled to medical care in medical centers and hospitals that are part of the Italian health system. Students from other countries, who are not covered by the EU national health plans, must have health coverage before arriving in Rome. The International and Erasmus Office will help them with the related information.
AANT is associated with Eduitalia. The association supports the Academy and the students in terms of visa applications, health insurance, travel issues.

The International and Erasmus Office by means of the Manager of the International Office will help incoming students to solve problems and obtain practical information and certification.
– Tutors
Tutors help incoming students with the Learning Agreement and day-to-day problems in the classroom.
– Helpdesk
For any emergencies or problems that may occur during the periods when the Academy is closed (weekends, holidays), AANT has set up an email address that is always willing to respond and help solve the problem: international@aant.it

OUTGOING

AANT encourages student mobility in different ways. AANT promotes the study of the different languages that students need to improve before departure, in particular English, given its relevance in the technical-artistic field and its request by the partner.
In addition to language, AANT also supports outgoing students in travel arrangements through its partnership with Scholartrip and with the option of insurance through its partnership with International Student Insurance.
AANT also encourages staff mobility and recognizes teaching and training activities undertaken during the mobility period as a valid work period.
The Erasmus Office assists the staff with mobility by helping them to make preliminary contacts with the host institutions or companies as well as helping them to devise the work plan.
