Course Lighting the cultural heritage: The magical light of Rome.

The course aims to provide an innovative key to understanding the interaction between light and artwork by taking advantage of the extraordinary beauty

of the city of Rome and its unique natural light conditions. It all starts with an instructor led session, in which the main themes and specific features of the topic are analyzed. This followed by three days of walking lessons in the heart of the city.

Each lesson is designed specifically to explore certain design, technical and aesthetic aspects that are fundamental for the enhancement and preservation of the works of art on-site. This new way of approaching teaching is an innovative and highly meaningful factor in the development of intense and long-term learning, based on the emotional involvement of the participants.

The last part of the course is dedicated to a follow-up for participants or an applicative workshop for those who have chosen the advanced course.
