Federica D’Urso

She is a researcher and lecturer in media economics and specialises in the study of film and television markets. She has collaborated with the leading Italian research institutes on the economy of the media and with the study centres of the most significant public and private subjects in the audiovisual sector: mic -DGCA, Cohesion and Development Agency, ANICA, APA, AGIS, Centoautori, Doc/It. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Campania Film Commission Region. Since 2017, she has been a lecturer of Audiovisual Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome, where she is pursuing her PhD. In 2023, her book “Audiovisual Economics” (ed. Dino Audino) was published.

Giancarlo D’Orsi

He specialised in visual communication design at the European Institute of Design in Rome in 1993. He has collaborated with various graphic studios, companies, publishing houses, and non-profit organisations. He has done graphic design, drawing magazines, books, posters, house organs, reports, and catalogues for public institutions and private companies. He has developed visual identity projects in the cultural sphere by signing the trademarks and communication of organisations and associations, as well as designing exhibition graphics and way-finding systems. Since 2008, he has been a professor of graphic design in the field of editorial design.

Paolo D’Arrigo

He has a multidisciplinary background ranging from sociology to design. Maker “ante litteram”, for over 25 years, the profile of product designer has supported the activities of creative direction, design of exhibition spaces, conception and organisation of events. Active in associations since 2008, he has been a member of ADI, where he chaired the Lazio delegation from 2015 to 2017. From 2001 to 2004, he led the association In Forma Azione. He has taught Product Design at AANT, IED, and Sapienza University of Rome. He has won numerous awards and prizes in Italy and abroad, including the German Design Award, A’Design Award, European Product Design Award, IDA Design Award, and several selections in the ADI Design Index.

Tommaso Colace

Starting from scientific studies, his training went towards storytelling and digital art. He embarked on a course in Computer Generated Animation at the IED in Rome, during which he studied each profession involved in creating an audio-visual animation product. He graduated designing, writing, coordinating and making an entire CG animated short film with some colleagues. He specialised as a 3D Character Artist at the Rainbow Academy and through studies and personal projects. He has collaborated as a 3D character artist with the Austrian studio Arx Anima. Currently, he works as a 3D character artist and environment artist at Al One, a studio in Rome that deals with film production, 3D animation and video game production.

Cristiana Cerretti

She has illustrated over eighty children’s books, working with the leading Italian publishing houses. She has collaborated with several companies to create logos, wine and product labels, posters for cinema and theatre, “Minimondi”, “Festival Internazionale di Teatro di Marano”, set designs for television, 2D music videos, and video games. She has won several awards, including Legambiente, the European Breast Cancer Arts and Humanities Award, and Arts and Humanities in Vienna. An important career recognition came in 2021 during the “Beni comuni, sostenibilità, irriverenza” initiative. She is a founding partner of “B17 Illustrations”, the first Italian illustration shop. She is the author and illustrator of two books: “Unpuntino” and “Il viaggio di Cocòcco”.

Domenico Ceravolo

After training in computer science, he obtained a specialisation in Graphic Design at the AANT, where he currently teaches. Initially focused on packaging and publishing, he gained in-depth experience and expertise in web programming and the advanced use of CMSs. He has collaborated with Giovanni Sagnotti for over ten years, providing web consultancy and developing smartphone applications, websites, and portals. Together, they have led innovative projects in the pharmaceutical and publishing sectors and dedicated themselves to training. Their expertise ranges from web design to e-commerce, supporting clients in various sectors, including institutional organisations and large companies.

Luca Cavallari

A freelance filmmaker and photojournalist since the mid-90s, he began specialising in reporting on wildlife such as bears, wolves, and lynxes for major Italian and foreign weekly magazines. In 2002, he received accreditation from the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri Information and Publishing Department as a FotoCineTeleReporter. He has photographed actors and film directors for years and has become an accredited freelance photographer in the television studios of RAI, Mediaset, and LA7. As a speleologist, he creates reports and documentaries of explorations and scientific research in central Italy’s natural and artificial cavities on behalf of universities and the superintendence of Lazio and Umbria. Since 2015, he has been the author and DoP of music video clips and short films. Additionally, since then, these activities have been complemented by teaching activities.

Giorgio Casa

He graduated in Semiotics from the University of Bologna and specialised in film production at the Civica Scuola di cinema “Luchino Visconti” in Milan; he then moved to Rome, where he has worked on film, television, and advertising productions, accumulating experience in the camera department. He works as Director of Photography and as a Reportage Photographer for international publications, including the Financial Times and non-profit organisations such as Doctors Without Borders. He is a founding partner of Halibut Film Srl, an audiovisual production company based in Rome. At the same time, since 2020, he has been working as a Colour Correction lecturer.

Davide Cardea

Davide Cardea is a professional with extensive experience in the creative and communication sector. He has held key roles such as art director, web/app designer, videomaker, and record producer. Over the years, he has worked with important agencies and clients such as Saatchi&Saatchi, Xister Reply, CEI, Doctors Without Borders, and the Italian Hindu Union, receiving national and international awards. Since 2021, Davide Cardea has expanded his focus to artificial intelligence, experimenting with new frontiers in applying this technology. He has developed multiple innovative projects that integrate AI into crucial areas of communication. He has been a lecturer for over 20 years (Chamber of Deputies, ISF-CI, AANT).

Elisa Caracciolo

She graduated in Communication Sciences from the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna and specialised in Semiotic Disciplines at the same University. During her studies, she joined the Life Longari & Loman advertising agency. After completing her master’s degree, she attended marketing courses at Roma Tre University. She has worked for international and independent agencies and was also a creative director. Some of her works have been awarded at the DMA International ECHO Awards, Twitter Awards, and ADCI Awards, where she was also a jury member. Other experiences include being on the jury at the Gerety Awards and having advanced training at EACA International Academy, PI School, and Berlin School of Creative Leadership. She is also a creative activist and author of “Murale contro il femminicidio,” the work of street art that has become an icon of femicide in Italy.
