The Summer course is focused on learning about the most important and exciting places in Rome through photography and storytelling. It has been designed to be an exciting, explorative, and formative experience on two levels. One is purely educational and allows even non-professionals or photography amateurs to take good-quality photos under the supervision of a teacher; the other is deeply experiential, discovering the places considered most significant for appreciating Rome’s artistic, historical, and cultural heritage. The assistance of a photographer teacher, who is also an art historian, will enable these two levels of learning to take place in parallel and will help each participant to achieve technical skills, but at the same time, have an unforgettable experience in exploring the unique historical and artistic context of Rome.
