Is a former senior civil servant of the Ministry of Education, Italy, (1987-2019) after having been headteacher and primary school teacher. Since 2011 she is the scientific coordinator of the DIALOGUES network, a national action research project, involving some 30 state schools in various Italian regions. She was Honorary Senior Research Associate at UCL, Institute of Education London, where she received her PhD in 2008.
The Italian representative in the OECD-INES project for ten years, she coordinated and participated in several EU-Socrates projects on educational leadership, active and global citizenship, intercultural education, multimedia education. She has published extensively in Italy and internationally

Simone Di Pomazio
He studied creative writing at Roma Tre University and then at the Holden School in Turin. He graduated from the College of Cinema and Creative Writing under the supervision of Master Claudio Giovannesi. Concurrently, he began his career as a freelance creative, working with international clients in various roles, such as Creative Strategist, Copywriter & Creative Writer, Localization Specialist, UX Writer, and Marketing & PR Specialist. He furthered his studies, specialising in Communication Strategies for brands and Product Management. He has worked for companies such as Apple, Revolut, UBER, eToro, SEGA, and Plarium Games. His significant clients include PlayStation, Tinder, Twitch, Canva, TikTok, Zalando, Skyscanner, FedEx, and ExpressVPN.
Simone Sante
He holds a PhD in Architectural and Urban Composition from the Faculty of Architecture of La Sapienza. Since 2007, he has worked in design, alongside research and teaching at the Faculty of Architecture Valle Giulia and other Italian Design Schools. In the role of chief designer, he has won several prizes in national and international architecture competitions. As an independent researcher, he is the author of essays and articles in national and international publications. In 2018, he edited and published the translation of “The Radiant Farm and the Cooperative Centre”, an unpublished text by Le Corbusier. Since 2011, he has been co-founder of the IKÒNICA design studio.
Rocco De Stefano
After graduating in Literature from the University of Salerno in 2011, he continued his training by attending the Master’s Degree in Copywriting at the Milan Academy of Communication. Upon completing his studies, he was hired by JWT, an agency where he worked with clients such as Mulino Bianco, Aperol Spritz, Indesit, Kit Kat, Pam, and Panorama. After his experience in Milan, he moved to Rome and worked at Young & Rubicam for a year, handling clients such as La Repubblica, L’Espresso, and Acea. In 2018, he joined SuperHumans, and the following year, he won a silver and a bronze in the Radio category at the ADCI Awards. In 2023, he published his first novel, “L’influencer di Dio”, which won the special mention “Scrittore Emergente” in the Literary Award of the Ambassadors to the Holy See. Since 2024, he has been collaborating with AANT.
Gianni Mascolo
While attending the final year of specialization at the European Institute of Design, he had the opportunity to intern at the newspaper La Repubblica. This marked the beginning of a successful journey within an editorial group, where he was involved in numerous projects. He started by taking on the role of Art Director for the newspaper and its supplements, and also contributed to significant editorial initiatives such as Il Venerdì, Musica, XL Magazine, National Geographic, and Affari & Finanza. He also had the chance to work on the redesign of a Greek newspaper and the launch of a newspaper in France, in collaboration with El Pais, Le Monde, and The Independent. Additionally, he actively participated in various festivals and seminars, wrote articles on design, graphics, and photography, and has been involved in teaching for several years.

A lifelong artist, she studied at the Liceo Artistico. After school, she decided to pursue her love for literature and cinema, which led her to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Entertainment Literature at the University of Rome La Sapienza. Subsequently, she followed her growing interest in the humanities by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology at the University of Perugia. In 2013, after completing her university studies, she started creating pixel art and, together with the game designer Giuseppe Mancini, founded Yonder, an independent video game development studio that is still active today. With Yonder, she works on the creative direction of her games, combining the work of pixel artists with game writers.

Ikonica Studio
IKÒNICA, an architecture and research studio based in Rome, was founded in 2009 by Stella Dileo, Sante Simone, and Alessandro Zappaterreni. The studio specialises in architectural and urban design, with a particular focus on [specific areas of expertise]. In addition, the studio is engaged in research and teaching on issues related to architecture, design, and landscape. IKÒNICA’s research is aimed at the archetypes of living and the individual and collective rites that generate form. The key theme of the entire creative process is simplicity, a response to the complexity of contemporary society. The studio has a track record of participating in national and international competitions, and has been recognized with awards and publications.

He holds a PhD in Architectural and Urban Composition from the Faculty of Architecture of La Sapienza. Since 2007, he has worked in design, alongside research and teaching at the Faculty of Architecture Valle Giulia and other Italian Design Schools. She has collaborated with major international studios and major construction companies in the field of Real Estate, JLL and TETRIS design&build with whom she signed in 2015 the restyling project for the ALITALIA offices in Fiumicino. She has won several awards in architectural competitions and has published essays and articles in industry publications. She was a researcher in the PRIN Scientific Research Program. Since 2011, she has been co-founder of the IKÒNICA design studio.
