Marcello Silvestri

His training began at AANT. After completing the three-year course in 2017, he started working as an intern for a senior Motion Designer who would complete his training in the 2D animation sector. Engaged primarily in advertising, he immediately began collaborating with major television production companies, first at the FOX headquarters in Rome and then at the Warner Bros headquarters in Milan. His collaborations include Discovery, DAZN, TBWA Milano, and Sky Italia. Currently, he works as a freelancer with both national and foreign television production companies.

Andrea Papi

After a classic training, he chose studies related to advertising communication and editorial graphics, then specialising in Motion Design and 3D Rendering. He embarked on a career as a Visual Designer, initially working for communication studios and then developing a career as a freelancer. As a designer, he has developed projects for major brands such as Nike and Ikea and local realities such as universities and companies in the furniture and fashion sector.

He has received artistic awards, such as the title of “Photographer of the Week”, issued by One Eye Land, and his works have been reviewed in and other magazines.

Ilaria Narducci

Her creative career began on YouTube at 15, at a time when being a gamer wasn’t considered cool. As a first-generation influencer with +150k followers, she gained valuable insights into how the communication environment works. Through firsthand collaborations with brands, she gained an understanding of what it means for a brand to communicate a message effectively. Following three years at AANT in Rome, she pursued further education in Berlin, specialising in Miami Ad School Europe and Steinbeis for Art Direction and Business Management. Over the past ten years, she has worked in creative agencies across different countries and markets, and she currently holds the position of art director in Germany.

Giulia Magaldi

Her studies in Communication Sciences began at the University of Bologna. She spent a year at the University of Valencia in Spain, where she developed an interest in advertising. She completed her university education in the United States at the Miami Ad School, specialising in Creative/Art Direction. Professionally, she worked in the United States for 11 years as a creative at Droga5, GUT, and Golin. In 2023, she returned to Italy as a freelance Creative Director, combining this role with teaching.

AnemaDistrict is an experimental, ethical, and innovative communication agency, founded by Assunta Squitieri and Chiara Catalani. These two communication experts bring with them a wealth of experience from their diverse professional backgrounds, having worked for various international companies and served global and local brands. Their approach is based on the collaboration between different disciplines and talents, creating an environment of interdisciplinary cooperation. They established AnemaDistrict with two main beliefs: in the coexistence of people, planet, and technology, and in the ability of young people to change the world. Their work has been recognized with several awards, including honors at the ADCI, the New York Festival, a Grand Prix at the Radio Festival, and two shortlistings at the Cannes Lions.

Gabriele Betti

He graduated with honours in Architecture from the Sapienza University of Rome and is registered as an architect in Rome. After collaborating with architectural firms in Italy and Spain, he opened his studio in Rome. He mainly focuses on designing and managing renovations of residential properties for private clients. Additionally, he is involved in interior design, furniture design, plant design, obtaining authorisations, and dealing with public entities’ opinions.

Angelo Ferretti

In 2002, while studying at the Faculty of Architecture of RomaTRE, he started creating his first 3D images. Initially, he created them for his own projects, then for his colleagues, and eventually for some teachers. In 2015, he founded Lucydreams. He has worked for Natuzzi Italia, Fondazione Fendi, Arata Isozaki & Andrea Maffei Associati, Powerhouse Company, and Angelini Pharma. During the same period, he began organizing training courses in different Italian cities. Many of his students have found employment in Italian companies and abroad, while others have become successful freelancers. When teaching, he aims to share his many years of experience in just a few days and a few words, all while making it an enjoyable experience.

 

Giovanni Savelli

In 2009, he moved to Rome and began studying photography, specialising in portrait photography and post-advertising production. He collaborated with the YoungBlood studio and later founded the ArchViz SVL Studio, where he works as a post-producer, photographer, and consultant. Over the years, he has worked as an advertising post-producer with clients such as Nissan, Fiorucci, Galletti, Zuegg, Former, Calzanetto, Bodema, Mulino Bianco, Divani & Divani, and Danone. Working in this environment led him to resume his studies, specialising in Hard Surface 3D modelling and eventually collaborating as a 3D Artist for the Lucydreams studio. Since 2012, he has taught Photoshop, advanced post-production, and photorealistic compositing.

Francesco Draicchio

He completed his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1986 and earned a PhD in Neuroscience in 1990. Subsequently, he obtained a specialization in Occupational Medicine in 1993 and Aeronautical and Space Medicine in 2004. Since 1994, he has been a researcher at the Laboratory of Ergonomics and Physiology of ISPESL (now known as INAIL). From 2015 to 2023, he served as the head of the laboratory. His research involves the study of activities and workstations using optoelectronic technologies, surface electromyography, and inertial sensors. Since May 2022, he has been serving as the President of the Italian Society of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
