Edoardo Grassi

He graduated in 2021 from IED (European Institute of Design) in New Art Technologies, specializing in Computer Generated Animation. His professional experience focuses on the film, gaming, and advertising sectors as a 3D generalist, specifically in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and 3D animation. He currently works as a Lead 3D artist for Besteam, a company in the gaming and metaverse sector, and serves as a 3D Modelling supervisor for Chronos Corps, an Italian fashion company. Additionally, he is an academic and lecturer at various training and work institutions. As a 3D freelance artist, he collaborates with both Italian and foreign productions, including a recent collaboration with the Californian studio 22Dogs.

Giovannone Andrea

After graduating in Communication Sciences from Sapienza University in Rome, he began his career as an editorial graphic designer. After four years in various newsrooms, he shifted his focus to advertising. With a scholarship at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan, he attended a master’s degree in Art Direction and Copywriting. He then joined Ogilvy & Mather as an art director and continued his career at Young & Rubicam and Leo Burnett, working for national and international clients. In recent years, he has received awards and recognitions at various communication festivals. In 2017, he became a creative supervisor at Metaphora, a unit of the Alphaomega group. Today, he works as a freelancer and consultant at Next Group.

Manuela Gentile

She graduated in Architecture from Sapienza University; the same year, she won first prize and was mentioned in the international architecture competition Rimesse in Gioco – Depositi di Idee. She has collaborated with well-known Roman architecture studios, working on public, private, residential, commercial, and cultural architecture projects. In the field of interior design, she has contributed to the reorganisation of well-known restaurant chains. She has received various prizes, including an honourable mention at the biennial Europan 10 competition in 2009 and first prize at the Made in Italy nel Mondo competition in 2016 for designing a new image of the ICE – Istituto Commercio Estero exhibition spaces for the Italian Government. She has taught at the AANT since 2020, alongside collaborations with furniture and design companies.

Francesca Forte

After her classical studies, she graduated in architecture in Venice and developed an interest in graphic design. She collaborated with studios and agencies in Venice, Padua, and Milan, where she specialised in art direction at the Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione and in Design of Services and Network Communication at Domus Academy. She furthered her expertise with master’s degrees in Type Design and Lettering Design at M. Flor Academy in Berlin. Her clients include Fineco, Fondazione Milano, Ikea, NuiNui Editore, Finmeccanica, Dainese, and Eni. Her awards include the 2023 Gold Prize at the European Design Awards for Publications/Calendar, the 2021-22 Premio Gold for “Le forme dell’aceto: label design, packaging,” and the 2018 Most Popular House Urlaubs Architektur for “La Mugletta.” Since 2019, she has complemented her teaching activities with a focus on lettering and the study of typefaces.

Luana Fedele

Luana Fedele is a lecturer in the History of Cinema and Videos at the Academy of Arts and New Technologies in Rome and Economics and Organisation, Audiovisual Marketing at La Sapienza in Rome. She is the author of national and international publications on Italian cinema’s social, cultural and industrial history. She is the editor of the book *“Romarcord. Ricerche di storia sociale del cinema a Roma: 1945-1975”* (Bulzoni, 2023) and member of the editorial staff of the magazine *Imago. Studi di cinema e media*. As a project manager, she collaborates with Anica Academy ETS for advanced training courses for young people and audiovisual professionals. She has worked as a social media manager for Multiplatform Rai1, MIA-International Audiovisual Market and Renoir Film Academy.

Cristian Farinella

In 2010, he co-founded Atelier Crilo with Lorena Greco, a company specialising in design and visual communication. The studio was recognised as one of the top 3D visualisation agencies by the d2 Conference in Vienna in both 2015 and 2021. Their projects and illustrations have been featured in international magazines such as Domus, l’Arca, Evolo, and Wallpaper*and on specialised computer graphics websites including Ronen Bekerman, CGsociety, CGarchitect, and VWArtclub. In 2017, the studio received an award for 3D animation at the CGarchitect Awards. Their work has been exhibited in various venues, including Casa dell’Architettura di Roma, MACRO, the 2021 Venice Biennale, and the 2023 Milan Design Week. Additionally, the studio has held solo exhibitions such as Paesaggi ibridi in Catania and Disegno Plurale in Portogruaro. He has also lectured at several universities.

Valerio Di Paola

His training in the humanistic approach was oriented towards mediology and communication. At La Sapienza, he obtained a PhD in Promotion and Marketing of the Performing Arts. After decades of experience as a director and assistant director for national broadcasters and television productions, he specialises in creative direction, collaborating with advertising agencies on behalf of various international brands, focusing on audiovisual design and transmedia communication strategies. He teaches creative direction and transmedia design at academic and university institutions as an academic researcher. He has published monographic essays on advertising in books and scientific journals and the relationship between marketing, film, and television entertainment.

Loretta Di Paola

In 1997, she graduated from the Advertising Graphics course at the Academy of Arts and New Technologies. In 2004, she attended a multimedia master’s degree, Media Art Design, organised by the Province of Rome. In 1998, she founded the associated graphic design studio Designers Inc., and from 2001 to 2003, she worked as an art director at the publishing house Viviani Editore. Since 1999, she has been a lecturer in Computer Graphics at the AANT. From 2003 to 2010, she worked as a freelancer with Unioncamere and Retecamere, creating publications and installations for conferences and events. In the professional field, she participates in the social project of the Fusolab Association for the cultural dissemination and redevelopment of the territory. She works, alongside teaching, as a freelancer in the publishing sector.

Enrico Di Munno

He graduated in Architecture from La Sapienza. He is a scholarship holder at Busan University in Korea and a finalist for the Giovane Architettura Award of the Accademia di San Luca in Rome. He designed and restored building D of the former Guido Reni barracks with the MAXXI Museum Library and Offices and the new pedestrian island of Pigneto in Rome. He was the Education Director for three years of the Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design PCS at the IUAV in Venice and senior lecturer in courses in 4.0 design and museum layout. He founded two innovative startups, including PAN Architectures (Innovation Award 2024 of the Italy-USA Foundation) and holds the Italian patent for the MU folding system for emergency relief during environmental disasters. He is a designer and researcher in the “MAXXI per tutti” project.

Gaetano Di Mambro

Specialising in traditional and digital illustration, concept art, comics and screenwriting, in 2008, he finished his studies in graphic design at the AANT and began working in a graphic studio. He then attended CSF Adams in Rome, where he studied photography in the studio and outdoors. In 2013, he specialised again at the AANT as Art Director and then began collaborating with the German IT communication and development agency Catenate. He then continued his studies in Motion graphics, 3D modelling and animation. In 2017, he won first prize at the Behance Portfolio Review in Rome. He has collaborated with several communication agencies, architecture and engineering studios, and video game development studios such as OneoOne Games and in the Archiviz context with the PUMS of the Municipality of Rome.
